Event Description
7 Drivers of Employee Engagement

You might ask why Employee Engagement is important.
People create the real value in every company and the better your people are, the better your business performs. Some might say it’s because we’re in a heated war for talent.
Quality candidates are scarce, and companies must mount an aggressive offense if they hope to bring those star employees on board. But in reality, there’s more to the game than playing offense. This educational seminar will discuss some tips and areas in maintaining a strong, productive workforce requiring us to play defense, too, by working to retain employees once they’re hired, and by truly engaging them and optimizing their value.

Jeff Franck (jfranck@minnkota.com) has worked in Human Resources and Operations for his entire career, spanning across two millennia!  He’s lived pretty much everywhere, went to school overseas, and found himself falling in love with Grand Forks about a dozen years ago.  He met a gal, she convinced him marriage was a good thing, and four daughters later, he’s happy for Mondays so he can go into work at Minnkota to do Training and Development.  His two dogs think he’s mostly ok, so there’s that.
