The class will be held every Monday night at the Link (300 Cherry Street Grand Forks, ND) from 5:30-7:30. The classes are hands-on, interactive classes and each session covers a new topic that will help you understand the importance of diet, exercise, keeping regular physical exams, eye and foot exams, managing medications and more.
